Living forever in our Memories......

Send in your message or pic of lost friends and we'll post 'em.

My name is Angie Canann and I am 30yrs old. I have always known since I was young that my future would involve canines. Most of my knowledge came from experiences with a local vet, Dr. Beutel, coupled with farm life and from "doing" over the years. I got my first pair of Boxers Christmas of 1997, and had an unplanned litter the summer of '98'. I kept Jinx from that litter, and sold the rest for $125.00. When Jinx was 5 mos. His mother Jade was killed in a traffic accident, Jinx's father, Jax, became depressed and disappeared within himself he shortly followed Jade in death 2 mos. later. For 3 years it was just Me and Jinx, I assisted with whelping litters, docked tails and did dew claw removals for new breeders that were inexperienced during this time. I took in a new mother and her pups as a favor to a friend in 2001, he returned and took the mother and pups home with him 4wks later. The mother returned the next day, and each time he came and took her home, she again ran away and came back to me that is how I got Mistique. She and Jinx had their first litter in 2005, and I kept Martina Louise. I used Jinx for stud service and continued to do whelpings, tails, and dew claws for others and myself. I've bred and sold Neopolitan Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, and Boxers. The Mastiff breeding only lasted one season and I never owned a female Pit Bull , but my love of Boxers has grown. They are wonderful family oriented dogs and I have a passion for matching the babies up with loving families. Throughout my years of matching mates togrtherI have isolated and nourished the dry mouth bloodline that Jinx produced. In the fall of 2007 I purchased Odin from a breeder in Indiana, I wanted a black boxer, as he grew so did his golden brindle stripes, he has 20 stripes now but I love him just the same. Odin has the best disposition I have ever seen, he is a wonderful specimen of a boxer. This summer I bought Faith Rudene, she is a gorgeous sealed brindle, and in 2yrs she will be Odins wife. I plan to continue breeding Boxers and fitting them into loving homes. It is satisfying to me in my own little way to know I provided a family and their children with a life long friend.
